My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received anything. What do I do?
Please reach out to the carrier to see if they have any additional information. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, please file a claim and contact us with the claim number so we can assist further. We will make things right!
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out. If you don’t receive a ship confirmation email or the incorrect email was entered at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately so we can send you the tracking details and update your email address for any further notifications.
You can also find your tracking details in My order Section if you registered an account with us before or at the time of placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on the service level you choose. You can refer to the estimated times above for each service level for more details.
Please note that carriers have suspended all service guarantees at this time so you may experience additional delays while your item is with the carrier in transit. We commit to releasing your order to the carrier the same day if purchased before 1:00 pm EST Monday to Friday.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and released to the carrier the same day if received by 1:00PM EST. A ship confirmation with tracking will be sent to your email that was provided at time of placing your order. For all orders placed after 1pm EST, your order will be released the following business day.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?
Our distribution teams and shipping partners are making every effort to process and deliver your packages safely. Carriers may need an additional day or two to deliver your shipment, but rest assured your package will arrive.
In the event there has been no tracking updates for a couple of days, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to get the order to you as soon as possible.
As carriers have suspended guarantees due to the current climate there are no delivery date guarantees for any service, including next day delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
I put the wrong delivery address for my order. How do I update it?
If for any reason your delivery address is incorrect or has changed after placing the order, not to worry! Please contact us via phone, live chat or email so we can quickly correct the address for you.
Are shipping fees refundable?
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This also applies to orders that don’t arrive by the estimated delivery date.

Is it normal to hear a lot of static noise when I turn on the device?
Our Sonoline B Baby Doppler is a sensitive device, and some static noise is normal during normal operation. Refer to our how-to videos to see what noises and sounds to expect during operation, and what a successful baby heartbeat detection sounds like.
Some noises you will hear are from the friction caused by the movement of the probe against your skin (so use gel liberally to limit any unwanted noises from moving the probe)
Quick tips for better results:
Use enough gel, this will minimize any noise caused by friction against the skin when moving the probe
try not to have any high output electronic devices nearby as this could affect the probe’s ability to detect a heartbeat
-glide the wand slowly across your belly and lower abdomen stopping in sections for a few seconds at a time with soft pressure.
-Avoid excessive rapid movement of the probe will generate static noise
Excessive loud static noise when the device is idle is not normal, and you should contact us to assist further as the device may be defective and if so, we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
I'm having difficulty detecting my baby’s heartbeat. Is something wrong with my device?
There are several factors that affect the ability to detect a baby’s heartbeat such as position of the fetus, position of the wand, and number of weeks into pregnancy.
Quick tips for better results:
We’ve had reports of successful heartbeat detections in as early as 8-9 weeks, however for best results it’s recommended to first attempt at 12 weeks.
Set the device to Mode 1 – the display will show real-time heartbeat (See instructions in the Instruction Manual)
Gel helps with the conduction of sound, so it’s ok to apply the gel liberally. Apply the gel in one spot and spread around your belly while scanning
Attempt use of the device on a full bladder
Position the wand lower on the abdomen, most mothers are surprised at how low your baby is sitting in your belly.
Move the wand slowly, very slowly, with soft pressure applied. Try different angles in one spot before moving to another.
Stay calm and if not successful the first time, try again another day. If you feel there are any concerns at any time, it is always recommended to check-in with your doctor or physician.
